Watch Video Highlights from Earthfest Boulder 2009
Earthfest Boulder is a complete celebration of sustainability and community on Sunday, April 25th, 2010 in honor of Earth Day. Earthfest is a combination of activities including, live music, the 5th Annual Dirt Day Adventure Challenge and Expo, and the Kids Cruiser Parade. In addition, there are hands-on family activities, such as: leave-no-trace clinics, renewable energy demos, live music, fly fishing and climbing classes, and plenty of good local organic food!

The vision of the Earthfest Boulder is “edu-tainment” at its
best. From the activities, to the sponsors and partners, we
intend to build an event that is a true celebration of Earth
Day—educationally, visually, stylistically, musically and environmentally.
Edu-tainment. n. 1. Bringing awareness to what we love most – our Earth – through building an event that is a uniquely educational, visual, musical and environmental experience. 2. The vision of Earthfest.
Earthfest will attract a diverse audience by offering a unique mix of athletic, artistic, and educational activities. The goal of Earthfest is not just to bring the entire community together around a single event, but to impart an educational message about conserving natural resources and inspiring change. Pledges and actions will be tracked post event and an online community will be created for the participants to remember their Earthfest experience and to understand how together their actions are having a profound impact on the sustainability of their community and local environments.
Earthfest will be an incredible and hopefully transformative
experience for attendees and partners. It will also be a focused and targeted marketing platform for corporate sponsors,
the Boulder community, media partners, local non-profits,
vendors and a variety of social and environmental causes.
